Teaching

One person's breakthrough in a room becomes three more. That's what a room does that a conversation alone can't.

I can get two or three real breakthroughs in a one-on-one coaching session. In a room, weaving the same kind of conversation between people, it happens constantly. Part of that is being able to sit with very different energies at once. Someone loud and direct, someone intellectual, someone quiet and still working things out, and hold a conversation where all three feel like they belong in it. Once that happens, people stop performing and start contributing, and the walls come down fast. I've had people open up in a two-hour class who, by their own family's account, don't open up to anyone.

Four tracks
01

Communication

The conversations most people avoid, the ones about what's actually not working, are usually the ones that matter most. This track is about having them anyway: saying what you need instead of hinting at it, being direct without being harsh, and staying in the relationship instead of retreating from it.

02

Leadership

Leadership that only works from a title stops working the moment the title isn't in the room. This track covers leading by example, actually learning from the people you manage instead of just directing them, handling discipline without burning trust, and delegating without losing ownership of the outcome.

03

Systems

Most teams aren't slow because people aren't trying. They're slow because something specific is in the way and nobody's named it. This track is about finding that bottleneck, building incentives that actually change behavior instead of just morale, and managing resources and structure well enough that they hold up under real use.

04

Technology

Most AI training stops at the tool. This track goes further: using AI as part of a real workday, automating the parts of a job that don't need a person, and building the judgment to write a prompt that gets a usable answer, know how much to trust what comes back, and tell whether it's actually working.

Format ladder

Built for the room.

01

2-Hour Session

A focused, conversational deep dive into one track. This is the format I run most often right now.

02

Half-Day Workshop

One full track, with real exercises, not just conversation.

03

Full-Day Workshop

Two tracks combined, or one track taken to real depth.

04

Multi-Week Cohort / Ongoing Team Facilitation

Sustained work with a team across tracks over time.

Currently facilitating

Six live sessions and counting with Ixora, working directly with groups on communication, leadership, and the conversations most teams avoid.

If something's been managed around instead of solved, the honest conversation is the first step.
