Individual Coaching
Sessions, plus real accountability between them. What you pay reflects how much you actually show up. The people who do the work between sessions pay less than the people who don't.
Most people asking for coaching want relief. I work best with people who want something harder: to actually become a different person, not just feel better about the one they already are. That means being honest about where you actually are right now, not where you think you should be, and building the self-trust to stretch past it a little at a time. Change is uncomfortable. My job is to make it manageable without making it small.
“The cost of authenticity is identity.”
A belief I keep coming back to in this work.
Becoming who you actually want to be almost always means giving up a version of yourself you've been performing, sometimes for years. That's not a side effect of real change. It's the actual work. Most of what I do is help people see clearly enough to make that trade on purpose, instead of being ambushed by it.
If something's been managed around instead of solved, the honest conversation is the first step.
